Common questions / rain policy

​

• What is a good size for a bounce house? A good size for a bounce house depends on the size of your party. We recommend a ratio of 2:1 to the manufactures occupancy recommendations, which is typically around 10 (depending on the age and weight of the child). So we'd recommend this hypothetical jumper to a party of 20 or fewer. 
   

• ''Are they clean?'' Yes, we have little ones like you, and we go the extra mile to ensure a safe experience for everyone!

• Are your jumpers/bounce houses suitable for a large party? - Yes, we recommend our bounce houses to parties of all sizes. Call us and we can find a rental that fits your needs.

• What if it rains, or it's too windy?               The following applies to adverse weather - Rain, wind over 20mph or heat 95 f or higher:                 1. Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before Event
  • If you cancel due to a weather forecast showing rain (50% or higher chance of precipitation per NOAA or Weather Underground), wind over 20mph or heat 95 f or higher more than 7 days before your event, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit or payment, minus a 5% processing fee to cover administrative costs.
  2. Cancellation 4-7 Days Before Event:
  • If a forecast shows a 50% or higher chance of rain, wind over 20mph or heat 95 f or higher 4/7 days out, you may cancel for a 50% refund of your deposit or payment. Alternatively, you can reschedule within 6 months (subject to availability) with no penalty, and your full payment will be credited.
  3. Cancellation Less Than 4 Days Before Event:
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to forecasted rain, wind over 20mph or heat 95 f or higher within 4 days of the event. However, you may reschedule within 6 months (subject to availability), and your full payment will be credited. If rain occurs on the event day and prevents setup or use, we’ll offer a 100% credit toward a future booking.
  4. Day-Of Event:
  • If forecasted weather prevents setup or use on the event day (e.g., unsafe conditions or customer cancellation due to active rain), we’ll provide a 100% credit toward a future booking within 6 months. 
  5. Forecast Monitoring:
  • We use NOAA or Weather Underground for official forecasts. Customers must notify us in writing (email or text) of their intent to cancel due to a forecast, citing the specific forecast data.                                                                           
  We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by unpredictable weather affecting your outdoor events. Weather challenges in Southern California, including increased rainfall from local cloud seeding programs, are beyond our control and impact our business significantly. We share your frustration and are committed to working with you through our flexible cancellation policy. Our surcharge policy

​

Delivery surcharges conservatively range between $39 - $59. After receiving your booking request, we estimate your surcharge using things such as: the current fuel price, mileage & route. If we have several deliveries within a few miles of each other, we'll keep this fee as low as possible.
